Warp to Japan for a meal @Katsu Shin Silom~Surawong

When it comes to Japanese food that does fried dishes well, crispy, fluffy, dry without being oily, with a variety of flavors from the ingredients, including side dishes and easy-to-drink menus, topped off with dessert or a refreshing drink.

Upon arriving in the Silom-Surawong area, it reminds me of this restaurant, 'Katsu Shin'.

🍘🍛🍱The atmosphere of the restaurant is like warping to Japan, with its seating arrangements, decorative hanging lanterns, and a choice of either table and chairs or a relaxing Japanese-style seating area. The restaurant has three floors:
Floor 1, the ground floor: For those who like to eat at the bar and watch the cooking or come as a couple.
Floor 2: Group seating with chairs for several people.
Floor 3: Sitting on mats with low Japanese tables to immerse in the traditional atmosphere.

🥢Today's menu, we ordered both savory and sweet dishes and hot and cold drinks to enjoy to the fullest. Besides the outstanding fried menu, there are also side dishes and sashimi.
The Katsu Shin salad, fragrant with dried fish, is served with a full bowl of fluffy sliced fish. There's also pickled vegetables to cut through the greasiness, sour and slightly salty with dried fish, and a bit sweet with crispy vegetables, sprinkled with white sesame seeds for added aroma. Simply beautiful.

🍡To finish off with dessert, whether it's mochi covered in sesame seeds or ice cream, it's a refreshing end to a moist evening. A little stomach trouble from carrying the deliciousness according to your heart and mouth.
