Rating: A street shop near BTS E6 Thong Lo Station, when staying at jasmine59. I found delicious boat noodles while strolling. At first, I only saw many people passing by. The business hours are from 7 am to 3 pm. It feels like a local brunch shop, but later I found out that it is a boat noodle shop, which is simply a Thai noodle stall. Since there is no Chinese menu, you can scan the code on the table and there is an electronic menu, so you can only judge by pictures and translation. The clerk will simply introduce the dishes in English. With the help of the pictures, I chose the dry mixed noodles in the middle. The translation says that Hakka dry mixed noodles are 60 baht and a plate of boiled fish meat is 90 baht. I chose egg noodles for noodles. Later I realized that ordering here is to choose the flavor and then the noodle. There are a total of 9 flavors and 7 noodles to choose from. Egg noodles are usually the first choice for dry noodles. The most common and ordinary. You can taste the most basic flavor of the store.
The fish cake and fish wonton platter depends on the individual. Generally, locals seem to have a bowl of noodles. Finally, choose to drink. There is no air-conditioning in the store. Ice water is too important. Since I had bought a large cup of ice cubes and Singha sparkling water special at 7-11 when I just walked over, I didn’t try his Thai milk tea. I feel that many people at the table have a little.
Hakka dry noodles are a bit spicy, with various wontons, fish balls, and fish dumplings on top, and bean sprouts as a side dish. The bottom is seasoned with peanuts, garlic crisps, soy sauce, fish sauce, etc., and there is a piece of lime on top. It tastes very fragrant with sauce, which is very suitable for egg noodles. In addition to the basic Thai four treasures, the seasonings on the table also include fish sauce and peanut crumbs. I would recommend adding more peanut crumbs, and those who like spicy food can add more chili powder. It is a bowl of noodles with a suitable heavy taste. The fish meat is very refreshing, it should be basa fish, and the portion for 90 baht is quite large. There is also blanched cabbage at the bottom. A special dipping sauce is included. The sweet and sour taste is very similar to the common seafood sauce in Thailand. The color is yellowish.
Later, I found that many tourists came to the store to eat. I was not satisfied after eating, so I ordered another bowl of soup noodles called Yan Da Fo (60 baht), and I also chose egg noodles. The taste of this soup is similar to that of Thai rice noodle soup, slightly sweet and sour with a little spice. It feels more suitable for wide rice noodles. Although it is not as delicious as dry noodles. But it tastes good after adding four treasures. I ate until it was almost closing time, and took a bowl of Hakka dry noodles back to the hotel. I have to praise that whether it is a roadside stall or a street shop in Thailand. Take-out packaging is not sloppy, and it is well packaged and brought back to the hotel to eat. There is also air conditioning.
