Linesen Noodle

Linesen noodle is a unique type of noodle. The noodles often have patterns or textures different from regular noodles like rice vermicelli or Chantaboon noodles. They are typically seasoned with rich broths such as pork bone broth or creamy tom yum soup. They are usually served with side dishes like minced pork, meatballs, and fresh vegetables.

Today, I visited the branch at True Digital Park, West Building, 1st floor. I ordered the value set and added crispy pork. The flavor was very rich. The place was clean with plenty of seating, and the staff provided excellent service.
