Introducing Qinglongyan Scenic Area

Qinglongyan Scenic Area is located on the banks of the Xunwu River in Qinglong Village, Nanqiao Town, Xunwu County, Jiangxi Province. It is a unique Danxia landform in southern China. It is composed of Mesozoic red sandstone and is characterized by the natural grottoes of Chibi Danxia. It is like the "Kiss of the God of Wind". Its natural grottoes are numerous, with different shapes and models, and are so beautiful that they surpass the work of nature. It is known as the "Maiji Mountain in the North" and the "Qinglongyan in the South".

The Qinglong Danxia landform has a strong temperament and embodies the beauty of masculinity and grandeur. Its abruptness, strangeness, length and steepness are all the work of nature, such as the thousand-year-old Longyan Temple, the old ruins of the Tianguo Beacon Fire, the winding path leading to the West Wind Road, the axe-cut and knife-carved Skyline, and the lifelike King Kong Mountain.
