Famous from Singapore has opened! It is an authentic Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant. The sauce, flour, and ingredients are imported from Hong Kong, including the chef. I must say that there are many great dishes on the menu. The dry noodles with shrimp eggs are a must-try! The noodles are the best!!! Soft, chewy, and crunchy, not mushy.
