I just tried this sukiyaki shabu restaurant for the first time after it was launched for a while. At first, it was a buffet at every branch, but now at the True Digital Park branch on the East side, 2nd floor, they have adjusted the concept to a set menu in a single pot instead. There are 2 main options: Shabu Shabu or Sukiyaki, served as a set on a beautiful wooden tray.

♨️ Shabu Shabu set, you can choose 2 soups from 4 soups (bonito soup, kombu soup, tonkotsu soup, and mala soup), served in a half pot, with a set of vegetables, ponzu yuzu sauce, sesame sauce, Japanese rice (Refill), and peach lemon slushy.

♨️ The sukiyaki set comes with a set of vegetables, eggs, Japanese rice (Refill), and peach lemon slushy. Then choose the meat.

I must say that one set will fill you up because the meat is about 130 grams and you can refill Japanese rice as much as you want. If you want to change to garlic rice or red noodles, it's only 30.- more. Or if the set is not enough, you can order pork, beef or other vegetables to add.
