The Velvet Egg & Bacon is its signature dish, featuring thick-cut bacon paired with tender scrambled eggs for a visually and flavorful experience.

This restaurant is incredibly popular, especially on weekends, and is often packed. Booking online in advance is highly recommended to avoid long lines or being denied a seat.

I made a reservation for 8:30 PM, and the restaurant was already half full.
By 9 PM, it was completely packed.

Must-try dishes: Velvet Egg & Bacon: This is Fran's most popular signature dish. The thick-cut bacon (about 1 cm thick) is meticulously cooked, crispy on the outside and tender and fragrant on the inside. Paired with the incredibly smooth aseptic scrambled eggs and the bread at the bottom, it offers a rich, nuanced flavor with just the right balance of salty and sweet. While the bacon might look greasy, it's not, and instead, becomes more fragrant with every chew. This dish is a must-order for almost every table.

The lobster toast 🍞 is also delicious, with a firm and chewy texture. 🤤
Although it's a bit pricey, I still ordered an encore.
