In Bangkok's Chulalongkorn Food Street, there is a small shop with a long history - **Jae Oh**, which has been in business for 50 years. The main feature here is the big pot of tom yum soup with doll noodles, which is definitely worth a try. When I walked into the store, the rich aroma of the soup hit my nostrils and made me salivate🤤.

I ordered Tom Yum Goong doll noodles and chose pork balls with seafood toppings, including fresh crab meat, squid and shrimp🦐. The soup base is rich in flavor and moderately hot and sour, giving you an authentic Thai flavor. If you don’t like spicy food, you can also choose a non-spicy version, which is very considerate👍.
