High-value countryside accommodation near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

If you arrive in Bangkok late at night or have an early flight the next day, you might consider Ploen Pirom, which is about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

It's a small villa hotel with two types of rooms: villa and normal. I booked a standard room, and from the balcony, you can see the entire garden area. The standard room costs around HKD 200-300 per night, including breakfast! Yes, you read that right, breakfast is included at this price, and it's served until 10 AM.

Advantages: 10-minute drive from the airport, enthusiastic staff who help with luggage, floral-scented shower gel provided, local brand Moccona instant coffee available in the room, breakfast is made to order with a choice of set menus, which is fresher and of better quality than a regular buffet.

Disadvantages: Only the airport is nearby, there's nothing else to visit, not close to the subway, so you need to call a car to go elsewhere. Being by the lake, there are geckos and small insects, but the room has screens.
