#GetDiscountWithoutLuck Tonkatsu AOKI - Tonkatsu Aoki, a famous tonkatsu restaurant from Japan, has opened on the 3rd floor of the Nippon Avenue zone at Central World. I went at 10:20 a.m. on Saturday and had to wait in line for exactly 1 hour. But I guarantee that it was worth the wait.
Inside the restaurant, there are both regular tables and a bar where you can see the chef frying tonkatsu and arranging it up close. It's fun to watch and makes you hungry while you wait for your food. The staff provides good service.
🍚🥢 Order a pork shoulder set that is full of juicy flavor and a premium pork loin set. Medium Juiciness Both types of pork are very big pieces, fried juicy, good batter, not hard, crispy outside, soft inside, served with Japanese rice in a pot, shredded cabbage, soup and pickled vegetables. Rice and cabbage can be refilled as much as you want. Dip with 3 types of salt, which are the highlight: Kuro Shio (Black Himalayan), Pink Shio (Pink Himalayan), Shiro Shio (Sea salt)
Note: There is a special menu, limited to only 20 dishes per day. I can't remember the name and details, but yes... we didn't make it in time 😂
