🍣 รีวิว KATSU MIDORI Thailand – CentralWorld (ซูชิ

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck

I just tried it yesterday at Katsu Midori Thailand, the first branch at CentralWorld, 3rd floor, Japan Avenue Zone — and it's definitely worth the wait.

📍 Location & Access
• Located on the 3rd floor (Japan Avenue Zone), CentralWorld, Ratchadamri, Bangkok
• Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• On weekends and holidays, it gets very crowded and fills up quickly. Make a reservation through the app or QueQ, or get there early. If you don't want to waste time,

🍽️ Menu & Prices
• Conveyor belt sushi plates are priced by color:
Red ≈ 40 baht • Blue ≈ 50 baht • Green ≈ 60 baht • Yellow ≈ 70 baht • Prices increase depending on the color and type of fish or ingredient (maximum ~180 baht)
• Some of my favorite dishes include the Wagyu Sirloin Nigiri (tender and juicy), Salmon Sashimi, and the "Arajiru" hot soup, which has generous portions and is incredibly flavorful.
• There's also a special "Golden Minute" menu where the chef announces fresh fish directly from Japan for a certain period of time at a special price. If you can find it during this time, you're in luck.

👍 Favorite Highlights
• The fish and seafood are fresh and meet Japanese standards. This is evident in the large fish and sushi pieces, with many "overflowing" dishes.
• The restaurant is large and can accommodate a large crowd (approximately 248 seats). There are several zones, including a counter bar, tables, and a sushi conveyor belt, making it ideal for groups of friends/families or even couples.
• The atmosphere inside the restaurant is pleasant, with a modern Japanese feel. It's not overly decorated, but rather premium. There's an open kitchen where the chef slices fish in front of customers, adding to the experience.

⚠️ Things to watch out for/points you might not like:
• Very long lines, especially during the evenings/weekends/after-work hours. If you arrive late, you might have to wait for several hours or get a table later than planned.
• Some dishes are priced significantly higher than typical sushi restaurants. If you choose premium ingredients, the average per person might be in the "mid-to-high" range.
• The fish/seafood smell may be noticeable in some areas of the restaurant (due to the open kitchen), which may not be suitable for those with a high sense of smell.

🔍 Overall Summary

If you're a sushi lover If you're looking for a truly authentic conveyor belt sushi experience, featuring premium ingredients, delicious flavors, and generous portions, Katsu Midori is the perfect choice. While you might expect a longer wait and a slightly higher price, every dish is worth it. Perfect for a special meal with a special twist.
