My Stay at KiN Hotel, Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳 — A Truly Memorable Experience

From my personal experience, Vietnamese hospitality is already among the best in the world. Staying at KiN Hotel further reaffirmed that belief — it was truly one of my most enjoyable stays in Vietnam so far.

The staff were exceptionally professional, well-spoken, kind, attentive, and impressively fast. Here’s what made me say that:

My flight arrived a little earlier than expected yesterday, so I decided to head straight to KiN Hotel Hai Ba Trung branch, hoping to just drop off my luggage and take a walk around. Seeing that I was a bit exhausted from my midnight flight, the staff not only helped arrange an early check-in — they actually came out to the street to personally invite me back to the hotel so I could rest.

The room was beautifully decorated and instantly welcoming. At first, I noticed a slight musty smell coming from the bathroom floor drain — nothing too bad, just mildly unpleasant. Once I mentioned it, the hotel team immediately offered to switch me to another room on a different floor. The new room was perfect! What truly amazed me was how the staff carefully transferred all my belongings and placed each item exactly where I had left them in the previous room. That level of attention to detail is truly rare, and I was deeply impressed.

Down at the lobby, there’s a cozy lounge serving delicious Japanese–Vietnamese style porridge, alongside a great selection of coffee, tea, cup noodles, pastries, fruits, snacks, and soft drinks — available almost throughout the day. Next door is their very own spa, which looks beautiful. I had a little tour thanks to Tris from the front desk, and I’m looking forward to trying it soon.

In terms of location, KiN Hotels are generally very well-situated, and this branch is no exception. It’s within walking distance of many key attractions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Overall, thank you to the amazing team at KiN Hotel Hai Ba Trung for such a warm and memorable stay. You’ve truly set a new benchmark for hospitality.
