Sivamokhaphiman Hall: The Beauty of the Front Palace

Phra Thinang Siwamokhaphiman is an old building located in the National Museum, Bangkok. It was originally part of the Front Palace (Wang Na). It is now used as an exhibition hall for important Thai antiques and art objects. It stands out with its Thai-European architecture. Inside, it displays the stories of ancient kingdoms and Thai culture from prehistoric times to the Rattanakosin period.

Opening hours: 09.00 - 16.00 (Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Entrance fee: Thai people 30 baht
How to get there:
- MRT: Get off at Sanam Chai Station and walk for about 10 minutes or take a taxi.
- Chao Phraya Express Boat: Get off at Tha Maharaj/Tha Phra Chan and walk to the museum.
