Eating Japanese food in Bangkok doesn’t just mean sushi! Tsuru Udon, located in the fashionable and hipster district of Ari, is a famous udon restaurant that many locals and Japanese people visit specifically to eat. There is no ostentatious decoration, but the restaurant is almost always fully booked during meal times, so you can’t get a meal without queuing up!

We went there at exactly 11 o'clock so luckily there was no need to queue!
