Menu ordered:
- White plate Otoro, 30 baht: Excellent texture, soft and melts in your mouth—it's so good it feels like your heart melts while eating it. Truly worth it.
- Giant squid head, 2 pieces, 40 baht: Salty and chewy. Personally prefer regular squid over this month's special menu.
- Barramundi Ikejime, 2 pieces, 40 baht: Firm and chewy texture that breaks down into a soft sensation as you chew. A unique experience, never had this texture before.
- Baby scallops grilled with cheese, 2 pieces, 40 baht: Very tender. The cheese pairs surprisingly well with the scallops, creating an unexpectedly delicious combination. The smoky aroma from the grilling process is delightful, no need for soy sauce.
- Hiramasu, 2 pieces, 80 baht: Excellent quality, soft and delicate texture without being chewy. The subtle fish aroma enhances the experience. If you enjoy Hamachi or fish from the jack family, this is highly recommended.
