Hotel is so clean and the rooms are fantastic. The shower is massive and they give you lots of towels.
Beds are a little stiff.
Service was excellent, we requested additional pillows with no issues. Breakfast was amazing.
Great location in Chinatown so there are so many options for food.
It can be a little loud given the location so I suggest ear plugs at night.
Pool was closed for renovations but the roof top bar was great. Posting a view from the room on the 11th floor.
