Craving boat noodles in the heart of Bangkok, we found ourselves at Thai Thai Boat Noodles in Siam Square—a cozy, well-decorated restaurant that stood out with its inviting exterior and comfortable indoor setting. It was a refreshing change to enjoy Thai street food in an air-conditioned space without sacrificing flavor.

We ordered the boat noodles with Australian wagyu beef, fresh oysters, and Thai basil beef over rice. The boat noodle broth was rich and deeply flavorful, delivering that classic Thai intensity. Unfortunately, the wagyu beef was slightly overcooked, which made it a bit tougher than expected. That said, the oysters were impressively fresh and plump, and the basil beef dish was aromatic, comforting, and satisfying.
