Bianca Italian Restaurant – A Stylish Italian Spot in the Heart of the Mall

Had dinner here with a Thai friend who recommended this place for a casual Italian night out. Located conveniently in the middle of the mall, Bianca is hard to miss and has a chic, open layout that adds to the ambience. The open kitchen concept gives diners a peek into the action, which is a nice touch.
We had a 6pm reservation and were seated immediately. The menu offered a good range of classic Italian fare. We went with the burrata with tomatoes and Parma ham, truffle pasta, salmon, and tiramisu for dessert. The burrata was fresh and creamy, pairing beautifully with the sweet tomatoes and salty Parma ham – easily my favorite dish of the evening. The tiramisu was another standout – rich and indulgent without being overly sweet.
The truffle pasta and salmon were decent but didn’t quite wow us – perhaps just not as refined in flavor as the starters and dessert. Service was polite and efficient, though not overly warm.
Overall, Bianca delivers a solid Italian dining experience in a comfortable setting. Great for casual catch-ups, date nights, or a meal during a shopping break. Stick to their signature items for the best experience.
