Bangkok｜Attracted by the dog at the shop entrance, I went in and unexpectedly discovered a little Japanese dessert universe, so gentle and cute that I didn’t want to leave!

I was originally just walking past Marché Thonglor, but was drawn in by the super cute dog at the door. Without much thought, I walked into Japan Pastry Cafe (JPC) and ended up finding a treasure. This is a Japanese-style dessert shop with a fresh and warm wooden decor.

The dessert display case inside is as exquisite as a jewelry box. We picked a few small treats to share with family back at the hotel, and to our surprise, they were all highly praised.

As for the price, honestly, it’s not cheap—about the same as high-quality dessert shops in Taipei. But in terms of taste and overall experience, I think it’s well worth it. Plus, the staff are friendly and give great recommendations, so we ended up buying a few extra pieces.
