Top accommodation option in Bangkok's transportation hub area / Grande Centre Point Terminal 21

For this stay in a double room, we were assigned to the 32nd floor, offering a nice view overlooking the high-rise buildings of Bangkok city.
When checking in, I requested to pay the room fee with two credit cards, and the hotel was able to assist with the arrangement. The service was very satisfactory.
The hotel restaurant is located on the 5th floor, offering a wide variety of dishes including Chinese, Western, Japanese, and authentic Thai cuisine. There are also soft serve ice cream and various fruits as desserts, which are impeccable. Dining there around 6 a.m. provides a fairly relaxed atmosphere, but after 7:30 a.m., it starts to get crowded, showing that the hotel’s breakfast service is well appreciated by travelers.
In terms of transportation, the location is excellent, adjacent to the BTS Sukhumvit Line’s Asok station, making travel very convenient. Even with large luggage, you can use elevators and escalators, so you don’t have to carry your bags up stairs in the hot weather, which is a great relief.
The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, including a bathtub and shower in the room, a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a kitchenette and microwave. Snacks from the minibar and cold drinks in the fridge are free for guests to take at will, and they are replenished daily during cleaning, which is very generous.
Besides being connected to the Skytrain, the hotel also has direct access to Terminal 21 shopping mall. After showering at the hotel, you can go shopping and enjoy the air conditioning without stepping outside, which is a major convenience for Bangkok travelers. After the mall closes at 10 p.m., it’s less than a five-minute walk back to the room, making the location extremely favorable.
Both check-in and check-out procedures are very efficient. When I asked if the 5,000 baht deposit charged at check-in would be canceled, they responded that it would be canceled immediately, with no time wasted on formalities. Professional and friendly.
The hotel also offers many facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, children’s playroom, and arcade game room, almost at a resort level. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I didn’t have many opportunities to use these facilities, but it would be perfect for a whole family to stay at the hotel all day.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant, highly recommended, and worth revisiting.
