Traditional Southern dishes from Koh Phangan. Personally impressed by the flavors of many dishes. Currently, there are 3 special dishes that are hard to find, available only this month:
🥄 Nam Prik Prik is a serving of shrimp paste mixed with chili, garlic, and grated coconut meat, served inside a coconut shell.

🥥 Fresh coconut milk soup with three ladies and shrimp
Using 3 main ingredients representing the South: sator beans, bai liang leaves, and coconut shoots, cooked in fresh coconut milk.

🌶️ Gaeng Meng Phrao with shrimp
Similar to coconut meat, it has a crunchy texture, cooked in a curry paste stew with a perfectly balanced spicy flavor. Really love it!
