Luxury-style beef noodle soup

When it comes to beef noodles or boat noodles at a higher price, Thong Smith always comes to mind. For beef, prices start at 179 baht per bowl and can go over 500 baht, depending on the type of beef you choose. Wagyu is a bit more expensive (but delicious 🥹).

For meatballs or fresh beef, the price is not too high, and you can choose your own toppings. Personally, I like to order beef tongue (an extra 110 baht), which is quite filling. You can choose the spice level of the broth from 3 levels or opt for no spice at all. I think medium is already quite spicy. For those who don’t eat beef, there are pork dishes, dry rice porridge, as well as snacks and desserts.
