The Alley Kiang Ramindra

When I arrived at the restaurant on a weekday around 10 a.m., there was already one table of customers dining. We became the second table and could choose where we wanted to sit. There are outdoor and indoor zones. We chose to sit inside by the air conditioner, in front of the water cabinet.
Ordered Menu
School-style instant noodles
This instant noodle dish comes with two fried eggs, and you can choose the doneness. We chose well-done. It includes Chinese sausage and lime to squeeze. The taste is like instant noodles with seasoning powder, deliciously traditional just like when I was a kid buying it in front of the school, no difference.
Basil minced pork with omelet on rice
This dish was a bit blander than other times I ordered it. Luckily, it was served with chili fish sauce, which enhanced the flavor a lot. The basil stir-fry is dry style, allowing the sauce to soak into the pork. We ordered it mild because I remembered that ordering mild spicy once turned out to be quite spicy.
At Kiang, you can order made-to-order dishes, and they are served quickly. Unfortunately, I also ordered fried water chestnut cake, but it was sold out, so I missed trying a new menu item.
