"Guo Ju Restaurant"
A Taiwanese restaurant hidden in the Samyan area, Bangkok. The atmosphere inside feels just like Taiwan, especially the fried stinky tofu dish with its strong aroma and perfect taste. Definitely worth trying.
Recommended dishes include fried stinky tofu with a dipping sauce that tastes exactly the same / gyoza, available both boiled and fried. We highly recommend the fried version because the inside is still juicy and soft, with a crispy outside and tender inside. There are various fillings, and you can also order frozen ones to take home and cook yourself. Another must-try dish is the noodles, available in both regular broth and mala broth. The flavor is rich and fragrant, not spicy, and the pork is delicious.
