The Coffee Garden at Conrad Hong Kong Hotel features Southeast Asian and traditional European cuisine. This visit happened to coincide with a promotional offer; otherwise, at the regular price, the value might not be very high, but with a discount, it’s definitely worth trying.

The buffet lunch offers a wide variety, from appetizing starters and piping hot main courses to desserts, everything is available. Two highlights are the made-to-order homemade pasta, where you can choose specialty pastas like squid ink pasta, paired with tomato sauce, cream sauce, or meat sauce. I tried both the tomato and cream sauces, and both were excellent. The pasta was al dente, and the sauces were rich and flavorful, leaving a lasting impression.

Besides the pasta, the other dishes are also quite good. The dessert selection is so extensive it’s dazzling. I especially liked their crème brûlée, which was creamy and rich in flavor.
