Wat Arun - Stunning Temple in Thailand!

Visiting Wat Arun was one of the highlights of my Thailand trip. The temple’s intricate porcelain details and towering prang were absolutely breathtaking up close. We arrived in the late afternoon, and the sunlight reflecting off the colorful tiles made the whole place glow — it truly lives up to its name as the Temple of Dawn.

Climbing the steep steps was a bit of a workout, but the panoramic view of the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline was worth every step. The atmosphere was peaceful despite the number of visitors, and the temple grounds were well-maintained.

I highly recommend visiting around sunset for beautiful golden light and staying to see the temple illuminated at night. Wat Arun is a must-see if you’re in Bangkok!
