A lovely staycation at Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok

Had a 3D2N stay here at Kimpton Maa Lai, our second Kimpton stay in Thailand after Kimpton Kitalay Samui. Totally loved this hotel, wished we could have brought our pomeranian along for this trip. We got the Cool Corner Room, so spacious and well laid out. Bed is so comfortable, the type you wish you dont have to get up from. Motorized curtains, stand-alone bathtubs with every toiletries you can imagine provided. The toiletries are from Harnn. You get a welcome platter, and every evening, you get turn down service. The pool is not big but sufficient. The gym is so well equipped, probably the largest one we have seen. Every evening, we do get social hours at Bar.Yard, their award winning rooftop bar, and we also had a dinner there, delicious food with spectacular view. Breakfast is st StockYard and the choices are so wide, and food was simply amazing. It was one of the best breakfasts in town. They do have an Italian place and a bar down at lobby level as well as Craft their coffee and pastry spot. The hotel has a large, well manicured garden with ponds, waterfalls, and bridges, ideal for walks with your pets.
