This is one of the most satisfying hotels in Bangkok. I hope this review helps many Korean travelers. I've stayed here three times and plan to stay again on my next trip! (Stayed in June 2024 / December 2024 / June 2025) The staff are all incredibly friendly. From the reception to the breakfast area, pool, and housekeeping, all services were excellent, and I never felt inconvenienced during my stay. Especially thanks to CoCo from concierge, whose kind and precise communication made me feel truly cared for. She helped with restaurant reservations, discount tickets, massage shops, attraction recommendations, and transportation services, enhancing my Bangkok experience. CoCo's service makes me want to stay at this hotel again. Also, Namtan at reception always greeted me with a warm smile, helping with shuttle bookings and other questions, as well as a free late checkout, which I appreciated. My room was a one-bedroom on the 21st floor, offering a great view, being quiet and spacious, with a bathtub I liked, always clean thanks to excellent housekeeping, which kept amenities replenished and the room clean. The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station, and though it can be a bit hot during the day, the shuttle service every hour covers it. Advance reservation allows for easy pickups from shopping malls like EmQuartier, Emporium, and EmSphere. Convenient facilities like 7-Eleven, Fuji Supermarket, and massage shops are nearby. Benchasiri Park and Benjakitti Park are great for strolling or jogging. (If you like Lumpini Park, do check these out!) Breakfast is a mix of order-based dishes and a small buffet, which was tasty and varied, with especially delicious baked items. The bar has jazz performances every Wednesday, with a welcome drink coupon for guests, which enriched my experience with a cocktail and jazz. The L-shaped pool, indoor/outdoor, is usable even in rain, with a small kids' area, making it family-friendly. There are free morning/afternoon wellness classes like cycling and boxing, which I enjoyed and found refreshing. A highlight is the free onsen! Running by reservation, it allows for a quiet, enjoyable experience like a Japanese bath, with various baths and a Finnish sauna. The onsen is a key attraction among Bangkok hotels. The gym isn't large, but covers basics, and being able to work out, swim, and use the onsen makes for a perfect day finale. SilQ Hotel & Residence is excellent for shopping, dining, and relaxing, enhanced by CoCo's exceptional service. I plan to start my next Bangkok trip here. Highly recommended!
