"Enoshima has many slopes and stairs, but the view beyond is amazing. The journey to the observation deck and Okutsumiya Shrine is a bit of an adventure, so it's sure to be a great experience if you come with friends!

Retro teahouses and shrines are dotted along the way, and you'll want to stop by every place. The contrast between the sea and the greenery is soothing. Just walking around makes you feel like you're traveling.

Access and tips for traveling
Start from Enoshima Station on the Enoshima Electric Railway or Katase Enoshima Station on the Odakyu Line. Wearing comfortable shoes is a must. If you go deep into the island, we recommend using the escalator on your way back!
