Rad Na Yod Phak Empire, Soi Phatthanakan 53
Oh my, the restaurant feels like a local street food joint, but with premium quality. The aroma of the Rad Na sauce hits your nose and makes your heart flutter! This restaurant is known for their signature Rad Na, which is incredibly delicious and rich without needing any additional seasoning. Just one plate is enough to fill you up! It's topped with tender marinated pork, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and served in such a generous portion that you'll hardly finish it—I'm so full!
If you're craving something more, like the Pad See Ew, the sauce is a bit bland, so you'll have to add your own, just like a spicy girl. The Hakka noodles have some weird meatballs, so I wouldn't recommend it again. But if you're looking for Rad Na, I truly wasn't disappointed.
My recommendation is the crispy noodles and pork in gravy — served crispy and crunchy, the perfect bite. Another dish is the wide noodles with pork in gravy, rich and flavorful, with tender marinated pork. One bowl is a great value!
Some people tried the yen ta fo and said the meatballs were fresh, but the soup was a bit too salty. But once you pair it with the gravy, you'll forget about it!

If you're strolling around Pattanakarn 53 and feeling incredibly hungry, be sure to check out Rad Na Yod Phak Empire. This alley is a hidden gem for serious eaters! This gravy doesn't require any seasoning, and the sauce is rich and flavorful, with perfectly marinated pork. It's a satisfying meal for under a hundred baht. This is truly homely. After you're full, you'll be so happy you'll have to put down your spoon and smile. 555
