HOMU 🍃🍵

HOMU, a matcha and Japanese dessert cafe in the Sala Daeng area, is a Japanese-style teahouse with incredibly cute decor. It feels homey and warm, giving it a truly Japanese feel.

The shop focuses on matcha, with a selection of popular matcha brands to choose from, a favorite among matcha lovers like me. Besides matcha, the shop also offers Japanese desserts like warabi mochi, water drop mochi, and pudding. I especially love the warabi mochi because of its incredibly fragrant, sweet, and creamy flavor. They make them fresh, one order at a time, so it's a joy to watch and so much fun to eat. It's almost all gone in no time.

The shop has two floors. The ground floor features a counter bar where you can watch the staff whip the matcha and make the desserts. There are also small tables downstairs, while the upper floor has large tables perfect for hanging out with friends. I especially love the upstairs decor, which makes you feel like you're dining in Japan. It's a matcha shop with delicious flavors. Beautifully decorated to match the menu, a great deal! ✅
