A beautiful temple that I can visit many times and never get tired of, is Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram, or simply known as Wat Phra Kaew, as it houses the Emerald Buddha, the city's sacred Buddha.

Wat Phra Kaew is located within the Grand Palace. Only the main chapel is open for visitors; the rest of the grounds are open for walking.

There's a Golden Place coffee shop at the exit, perfect for a break. You can also take the tram to see a Khon performance.

Wat Phra Kaew is open daily from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Admission is free for Thais, while admission is 500 baht for foreigners.
