This venue showcases rotating art and cultural exhibitions by artists from all disciplines. Admission is free. There are also shops selling craft items, art books, handmade jewelry, and a cafe to relax in.

The building's distinctive feature is its architectural design, featuring a circular shape and a spiral ramp leading to the upper floors, creating an interesting and airy atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll through the art. 🫶🏻
