Recommended Hotels Along the Chao Phraya River!

I’ve been to Bangkok several times, but this was my first time staying at a riverside hotel!
Since I’m a Hilton Gold member and the hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, I decided to stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
The clean and spacious room offered stunning river views, and at night, I enjoyed a relaxing time at the rooftop bar, taking in the beautiful night scenery.
I stayed for multiple nights, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful, ensuring I never got bored. You can choose between outdoor and indoor seating, allowing you to change your dining atmosphere each day.
The infinity pool located on the mid-level floors of the hotel isn’t very large, but it’s incredibly comfortable and the perfect spot to cool off during the hot daytime hours. While many poolside chairs with umbrellas still end up in the sun at certain times, this hotel offers fully shaded seating areas, which was a great feature for someone like me who prefers to avoid sunburn.
Next to the hotel is the large shopping mall ICONSIAM, making it convenient for dining and shopping. I spent my days relaxing by the pool, and when I got hungry, I simply walked to ICONSIAM for meals or shopping. It’s truly the perfect hotel for a laid-back and carefree stay in Bangkok.
The hotel is accessible via a free shuttle boat from Saphan Taksin Station or by walking from BTS Gold Line’s Charoen Nakhon Station.
This hotel is ideal for those who love to relax and unwind.
