I had the chance to stroll around Central Park, a new landmark in the heart of the city. It's home to a plethora of delicious restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones.
One of the Michelin-starred restaurants I dined at today was
"Ancient Pork Leg, Kathu, Phuket."
I ordered the pork leg noodles, size S, for 100 baht.
The pork leg was excellent, tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and incredibly juicy. If you don't like fatty foods, I'd recommend skipping this. I didn't mind.
The noodles are flat, which I really like. They have just the right amount of sauce.
Overall, I wasn't disappointed.
