If you're looking for a sacred and peaceful place but don't want to drive far out of town, we recommend Shiva Lai Sathan, located in Suan Lum Night Bazaar Ratchada, at the Lat Phrao-Ratchada intersection (next to The Bazaar Ratchadaphisek Hotel).

This place houses many Hindu deities, including Shiva Nataraja, Brahma, Vishnu, Ganesha, and Rahu on Garuda. Shiva Nataraja, in particular, is considered the supreme master of Indian dance (Natayasat). His dance is said to create a new world and is believed to transform lives, dispel obstacles, enhance auspiciousness, and promote good health.

💡 The evening atmosphere is shady and peaceful, perfect for worship or meditation. Open daily from dusk until midnight.
