What do you get in the Platinum set at Katei Shabu?

We went to the restaurant on Saturday morning. Katei Shabu is located on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon. We arrived at 10:50 AM and the place was busy, but the tables weren't full yet. By 11:00 AM, people who arrived later had to wait in line.

The Platinum Set is 1299++ baht, excluding 7% VAT and 10% service charge, totaling approximately 1500 baht. This set includes special beef and sushi and sashimi.

This set includes two types of special beef: Wagyu sirloin and blade. The blade is softer than the Wagyu sirloin, so we only ordered the blade. Each tray has a softer or harder blade, so the portion you receive varies.

Must order:
The scallop sashimi was excellent. Another dish was the crab fat foie gras. It was fragrant and delicate. The first time, the staff didn't serve the grilled version. When we ordered the crab fat foie gras, the next set was equipped with a grill.

Dessert: Hadendas ice cream comes in a scoop, not a cup. It comes in macadamia and green tea flavors. We recommend ordering two at once, as they're perfectly bite-sized. They also offer their signature Hokkaido milk soft serve.
