While there are multiple locations, I visited the one inside the Emporium shopping mall.

It's located right inside the first floor entrance.
It's luxurious and lovely! ✨

The afternoon tea menu, which changes depending on the season, is also available, and it's served on a cute three-tiered tray. ❤️
