✨ Review of Bornga Sukhumvit 39 — Legendary Korean Restaurant

Because I was so into Korean dramas, I had to try Bornga on Sukhumvit Soi 39. I heard it was run by Chef Park, a renowned Korean food chef. My expectations were high — but when I actually tried it, it exceeded my expectations.

🍽 Menu Items I Tried & Highlights
• Bibimbap — Korean mixed rice served piping hot with a variety of colorful fresh vegetables, beautifully presented, and the aroma of gochujang sauce.
• Korean Pizza — Thin, crispy crust, topped with Korean fillings, with a slightly spicy flavor, perfect for those who want to try something a little more out of the ordinary.
• Korean Grilled Pork — My favorite dish was the tenderness, marinated in the sauce, and the staff grilled it for me, so I didn't have to oversee it myself. It was convenient and meticulous.
• Steamed Egg with Cheese — A secret favorite, light and smooth, with melted cheese. It's amazing when paired with steamed eggs.

• The side dishes (Banchan) are plentiful and refillable, including kimchi, pickled vegetables, and fresh vegetables for a delicious twist.

🔍 Restaurant Information & Things to Know
• The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of 39 Boulevard Tower, Sukhumvit Soi 39, near BTS Phrom Phong. It's conveniently located.
• The restaurant is a la carte, not a buffet.
• The price per person ranges from mid-range to high, depending on the menu.
• Underground parking is available at 39 Boulevard.
• If you're visiting during the evening or on holidays, it's best to book a table in advance, as the restaurant tends to fill up quickly.

💭 Feelings & Recommendations

Coming to Bornga feels like you're in a Korean drama. The aroma, the sauces, the meticulousness in grilling the pork, and the carefully prepared dishes are truly impressive. I can honestly say, "If you want premium Korean food without flying, Bornga is the place for you."

Especially if you love grilled dishes, Korean dumplings, or other rich Korean dishes, but also want the convenience of not having to grill them yourself and have the chef prepare them for you, this place is the answer.
