Mitta del Santi 🌿
Solo Exhibition by Muk Ploenchant Winyarat
📍 Bangkok Kunsthalle
🗓 September 26 – November 30, 2025
⏰ 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Saturdays and Sundays only)
The interior of a historic building that once served as a renowned textbook store is now revitalized through a large-scale textile installation by talented female artist Muk Ploenchant Winyarat. She transforms scraps of fabric and other overlooked materials into artworks that tell stories of memory, fragility, and new hope. 🌸
This work is not only beautiful, but also connects to the history of the Bangkok Kunsthalle building, once a historic publishing house. Every piece of fabric and pattern is woven to communicate the relationship between people, place, and time.
This site-specific textile artwork uses 399 scraps of fabric to create a circular pattern, reflecting the publisher's original symbolism.
Join the "Weaving a Story" workshop on November 8th and 22nd, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Free admission!)
🚇 Getting there:
MRT Hua Lamphong Station, approximately a 10-minute walk.
BTS National Stadium Station, then a taxi or motorcycle taxi.
Parking is limited. Public transportation is the most convenient option.
✨ For those who love textile art or want to experience the atmosphere of an old building filled with stories, Mitta del Santi is a special opportunity not to be missed.
