5 Days and 5 Nights in Thailand! A Relaxing Getaway from Chengdu 🇹🇭

This was my first time visiting Thailand. I was hesitant to go due to certain events ⭐, but the price was very attractive, and my travel companions gave me confidence. Overall, the experience was quite good and completely safe. This time, I visited Bangkok and Pattaya. Since I don't like waking up early or rushing, I focused on a relaxing trip and didn't visit too many places. I’d like to share my itinerary as a reference. 🗓️ Travel Itinerary:

Day 0⃣️: Chengdu ✈️ Bangkok (It’s recommended to arrive the night before and stay near a subway or BTS station.)

Day 1⃣️: Wake up naturally + Grand Palace + Boat Tour + Chinatown Night Tour ✔️ No need to hire a tour guide as it only takes about 1.5 hours, and the explanations aren’t very engaging. | Wear long pants ✔️ Take a boat from the pier to visit Wat Arun!

Day 2⃣️: Wake up naturally + Erawan Shrine + Lumpini Park + Pattaya Night Trip ✔️ Lumpini Park | Free boat rides + monitor lizards + feeding fish, birds, and cats ✔️ Take a bus from Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal | 131 THB/person | 2 hours to Pattaya!

Day 3⃣️: Wake up naturally + Elephant Village + Night Squid Fishing ✔️ The Elephant Village is small, and the entrance fee includes drinks, shows, and feeding elephants. Book tickets online in advance (riding elephants is not recommended). ✔️ Night squid fishing at the pier | Boats available | You can prepare your catch as sashimi!

Day 4⃣️: Wake up naturally + Koh Larn Island Trip + Thai Massage ✔️ Take a boat from the pier: 30 THB | Departs every hour ✔️ Rent a motorbike for island touring | 200 THB/day ✔️ Beach chairs recommended | Negotiable price: 200 THB/day ✔️ Thai massage: 200 THB/hour, Aromatherapy massage: 300 THB/hour!

Day 5⃣️: Wake up naturally + Souvenir Shopping + Return Trip ✔️ 7-Eleven and Watsons ✔️ Pattaya bus to the airport | Direct trip, 2 hours (allow extra time!)
