Remarkable Family Stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

Our family of five—two adults and three kids aged 7, 9, and 11—enjoyed an unforgettable six-day vacation at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok. From beginning to end, the experience was extraordinary. The spacious Executive Suite on the 31st floor boasted incredible views of Bangkok's skyline from each room. The large marble bathroom had an impressive design and offered a breathtaking skyline view, which added to the luxury of our stay. The staff, whether at reception, management, housekeeping, or the restaurant, were consistently warm, attentive, and remarkably helpful. It was the epitome of genuine 5-star service. A standout was the Executive Lounge, where we savored a delightful breakfast each morning and indulged in the evening cocktail happy hour with tasty food and drinks. Our kids adored the passion fruit, and the friendly waitress always greeted them with a generous dish of their favorite fruit and a smile. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The infinity pool offered stunning city views, and the well-equipped gym with panoramic vistas added a unique touch. Dining was just as impressive: breakfast featured a wide range of Asian and European choices, while the hotel’s Italian restaurant served top-quality cuisine. With my mother being Thai, Thailand has always felt like a second home, and authenticity is essential to me. This hotel flawlessly combined international luxury with authentic Thai hospitality. We entirely felt comfortable and at home during our stay and eagerly anticipate coming back.
