From the first moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed at the entrance. The staff greeted us with smiles, assisted with our bags, and arranged everything for a seamless check-in experience. We had reserved a room with Executive Lounge access, and were directed to the 32nd floor for check-in, as the staff greeted us warmly and made the process easy. Upon entering our room, the spaciousness astonished us. The bathroom was especially impressive, featuring a large glass window where we could soak in the bathtub while enjoying a breathtaking view of Bangkok city—truly an unforgettable experience. The room itself was designed for comfort and style, with a king-sized bed, sofa, work desk, TV, minibar, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views. The hotel facilities were equally remarkable. Everything exceeded our expectations, from a fully equipped gym to a relaxing spa and an infinity pool overlooking Bangkok’s skyline. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay; it was not only tasty, but probably the best we've had throughout our Bangkok trip. Another great advantage is the hotel's prime location. It's directly connected to BTS Surasak Station, making city exploration incredibly convenient. Plus, the hotel features a Michelin-starred restaurant on the 3rd floor, adding even more value to the experience. After spending 3 days and 2 nights here, we can confidently say that Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is perfect for anyone visiting Bangkok. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and comfortable stay.
