Jum Zab Hut, a legendary restaurant that I used to eat at in the past. 😋

Who would have thought that staying at a hotel would feel like stepping into a time machine and transporting us back 30 years? 🤭💘
This time, we stayed at the "Elizabeth Hotel" on Pradipat Road. Thai movie fans will recognize this place because it was the filming location for the movie "Mad Unicorn" 🦄🎬. It made us feel like we were lost in a scene!
The hotel has 16 floors, towering like a true heyday hotel. The room we booked was a two-bedroom unit that could accommodate four people, with one bathroom and a generous amount of space. 🌬️🌃 The 16th floor is... the swimming pool. 🏊🏻♀️
Check-in here is the best! It starts at 6 a.m. 😳 It feels like you're flying in early and can just throw yourself on the bed, no need to go out and walk until your feet swell. Check-out is at noon, as is standard. Breakfast is simple, typical of an old-fashioned Thai hotel: fried eggs, sausage, bread, and fried rice. It feels like eating at a school cafeteria, but also feels like home. 🍳🌭
Even though the hotel looks visibly old, traces of time greet us at every corner, its charm lies in the fact that it's still fresh in many people's memories. If you want to experience the classic atmosphere of a once-luxurious hotel, give this place a try. It's like visiting a museum, where people still wave at you in the lobby.
P.S. The rooms are truly spacious, so there's no need to fight for space! 🤣
P.S. 2. If you want to take retro photos, try a silk dress and deep red lipstick. You might even get a stunning, starry-eyed shot! 💋✨
