There's a bar where you can choose ingredients like beef, pork, seafood, various vegetables, meatballs, tofu, sausage, etc., then weigh them and have the restaurant prepare them to your liking. You can choose from a variety of cooking styles: Mala soup, collagen soup, and dry stir-fry (no soup). You can also choose your own spiciness level and make your own dipping sauce.

💙 If you want to have fun choosing your own ingredients and want to try the full-on spiciness, La Meow at Central Pinklao is a great option. However, if you prefer something mild or don't like spicy food, choose the less spicy/salty option or ask the staff before ordering.
