The staff are all very friendly and professional. The room is nice and comfortable. I like the couch which is very nice for us to lounge around at. Water pressure is good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided from common bottles that are secured to the shower wall.

There is a 24-hours 7-11 store downstairs so it is very convenient to get any snacks or stuff from there.

The breakfast spread was okay, not fantastic. I feel that the Thais’ hygiene level is much higher than Singaporeans considering that we are given a pair of disposable gloves before entering and all the cutlery are sealed in all the restaurants.

Pool is pretty but unfortunately we didnt have time to take a dip. #ihg #bangkok
