The location of the Shintaro restaurant is spacious and decorated with a Japanese atmosphere. There are both private areas and counter bars. I recommend the Red Dragon roll, which is Chef Sawada's signature menu. This roll consists of eel, shrimp, avocado in the middle, and spicy tuna on top. It's very delicious.
