Bridge across time

Time Bridge, Satun Province
💦Located in the area of ​​the Petra Islands National Park, which is one of the Satun Geoparks that has just been declared a Global Geopark. The special thing about this time bridge is that there is a natural phenomenon at one part of the cliff where two rocks from two eras collide: red sandstone from the Cambrian period (542-488 million years old) and gray limestone from the Ordovician period (488-444 million years old) caused by the faults of the earth's crust causing the rocks from the two eras to move and collide.
🏕️The park has built a bridge along the cliff as a nature study trail about 1 kilometer long. The point where the two rocks from the two eras connect is approximately in the middle of the bridge, so it's like we've crossed time from one era to the next.
