You can walk from here. For us, we can walk back and forth to BTS Phloen Chit easily.
For those who are not comfortable walking, take a taxi, no more than 40 baht^^

The ground floor is a lobby with a high ceiling, decorated chicly. Our room was on the 19th floor.
Luckily, we were upgraded to this room. The view is really great.
