After admiring the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, we followed the underground passageway to the Sagrada Família Museum (Museu de la Sagrada Família). Unlike the grandeur of the cathedral's interior, this space was calm and contained a profound story.

The museum displayed models, drawings, and sketches left by Gaudí himself. While some of the plaster models used to design the cathedral have been damaged by time and war, they still offer a glimpse into Gaudí's persistent experimentation and reflection. Every curve of the columns and every detail of the spire bore traces of inspiration from nature.

On one side of the exhibition hall, photographs and videos documenting the cathedral's construction were on display. The long journey that began in the late 19th century, the work of countless architects and craftsmen that continued after Gaudí's death, and the ongoing construction site were all vividly captured. It made me realize that this isn't just a building; it's a living work of art, passed down through generations. 🖼

The most impressive part was the replica of Gaudí's studio. Looking at the tools, chairs, and models he actually used, I could sense how persistently he sought to "express nature and faith through architecture!" 😆

Leaving the museum, I realized that the Sagrada Família isn't just a cathedral visible before my eyes; it's a grand story filled with Gaudí's ideas, passion, and the collaboration of people across time. 🫠
